Funk D. Vale spent years inside the traditional financial industry — building settlement systems, designing interfaces, and watching institutions package borrowed time as stability. Then he started putting his own capital at risk, and the distance between what the systems promised and what the markets actually delivered became impossible to ignore.

That gap is where his work begins.

At Kodex Academy, Funk writes about the part of crypto that usually gets ignored until something breaks: liquidity conditions, settlement infrastructure, collateral design, derivatives fragility, counterparty chains, and the behavioral patterns that shape trading decisions under pressure.
